The Kevin Eikenberry GroupLearning Challenge Builder

Training is an event. Learning is a process.

Extend Your Training with a Learning Challenge

A free tool for the AI you already use. Give it your training content, answer a few questions, and get one small, practical prompt for every day of your challenge, ready to send.

Works in Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini and other AI tools. No account with us, no cost.

A sample challenge, 20 workdays Tap any day to read its prompt

How it works

The tool walks you through it one question at a time, the way a good instructional designer would.

The sample above came from a real test: one webinar deck, built into a 20-day challenge for an L&D team.

  1. Share your content

A slide deck, a workbook, a facilitator guide, notes, or just a topic and your learning objectives.

  2. Choose your path

The fast path asks about seven questions. The full design walks through five design steps: content, audience, platforms, prompts and options.

  3. Review the prompts

You see the plan for the whole challenge and every prompt before any files are made. Change anything. You know your learners best, so review every prompt before you send it.

  4. Get your files, and the extras if you want them

A spreadsheet ready for email, Teams or your LMS, plus a readable document. Then, if you want, a kickoff message, weekly emails, a journal, a manager guide or a debrief plan.

Built for Your Situation

  • You set the lengthIt writes exactly the number of prompts you ask for. If your content can't support that many good ones, it tells you and asks for more material instead of padding.
  • It fits how your people workWorkdays, shifts or every day. A nurse on 12-hour shifts gets a different rhythm than an office team.
  • It checks a real calendarHolidays are flagged, with a lighter prompt or a skip day suggested.
  • Every prompt is smallReadable in 30 seconds, doable in five minutes, at work, on any day.
  • It builds habits, not just recallPrompts move from why it matters, to first tries, to practice, to the new normal.
  • It's yoursFiles carry your organization's name. Edit anything.

The model behind it

Most training invests in the skill and hopes the rest takes care of itself. A learning challenge works on what comes before the skill and what comes behind it.

Before the skill

Mindset

Do I value it, believe it, feel able? Identity, willingness, belief, confidence and relevance.

The core, not the whole

Skillset

The skills and ideas in your program. Where most training puts nearly all of its effort.

Behind the skill

Habitset

Will I try it, practice it, keep using it? No application means no behavior change.

The Mindset, Skillset, Habitset model is Kevin Eikenberry's.
